Meet the Team

Chris Kelly
Founder & President
​
Chris Kelly is a 25+ year seasoned and accomplished construction leader focusing on multifamily, assisted living, and commercial construction projects. Kelly is a graduate of Rowan University with a degree in Law/Justice. He has proven abilities in a wide range of construction abilities including budgets, contracting, and quality control. He has forged solid relationships with architects, engineers, city officials, general contractors, owners, and his own construction crews. In his spare time, Chris enjoys travel, golf and watching his sons play baseball. He lives in the Fort Worth suburb of Colleyville, Texas with his wife Candice and 3 boys.

Candice Kelly
CFO & VP of Business Operations

Candice's role is Business Manager who handles financials, client AR billing, HR & insurance. Candice has a BBA in Business from The University of North Texas with focus on financials, accounting and marketing. She has 20 years experience in the construction and operations of multifamily projects. She's also member of National Association of Realtors and has been a DFW realtor for 16 years. In her spare time, Candice enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and cycling. Candice believes you should stay humble and hustle everyday to make a difference. She is hard working, results oriented and strives to provide quality product, on schedule.

Jeremy Rice
Safety Officer

Jeremy manages field operations, scheduling, and management of projects and superintendents. Prior to Multicon, he managed and oversaw multiple projects and field operations for 15 years in various fields of residential/commercial construction. Jeremy has as Associates Degree in Construction Management and a Certification in CAD along with certifications in safety and government construction. In his spare time, Jeremy is very active with his family, is and avid hunter and loves camping and hiking. He firmly believes “What we do in life, echoes in eternity”. Jeremy is driven by his love for construction and always wanting to perform and provide a quality project and build relationships.

Selena Perez
Construction Coordinator

Selena manages subcontracts, change orders and conflict resolution. She manages subcontractor weekly draws and required certified payroll entries. Selena brings over 20 years experience in construction. A highlight of her career was being the project coordinator for a 40 Million Dollar IBOC megachurch in Dallas. The church received the honor of TEXO Distinguished Building Award for Design Build in 2010. In her spare time Selena enjoys filling up her Texas Monthly BBQ passport and paddle boarding. Selena believes all problems should be viewed as challenges, with an opportunity to learn, grow and be a better person. Selena enjoys being part of the solution, finding resolutions and overcoming obstacles, with a smile on her face.

Phillip McAffee
Project Manager
​
Phil is a project manager and estimator with over 25 years in the construction industry, much of it with the largest multi-family framer in Texas. Currently, Phil manages projects to include lumber, hardware, and cornice takeoffs. He is also responsible for submittals, pre-construction meetings, and field support. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring classic cars, going to car shows, and spending time with family. Phil believes in being rewarded and respected for hard work where integrity and your word still mean something.

James Griffin
Austin Project Manager

Well-seasoned construction professional with 20+ years of experience in both high-end residential and commercial projects. Expertise spans all phases of construction, from concrete and framing to drywall, custom cabinetry, and trim work. Holds multiple certifications in carpentry and construction management. A results-oriented leader who thrives in collaborative environments and isn't afraid to get hands-on. Currently responsible for the Austin area projects.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with my family and pursuing outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and working out.

Patrick Sullivan
Estimator
Patrick is a construction estimator with 11 years of multi-family experience in D/FW. Patrick takes care of estimating duties including assembly of bid packages, analysis of materials quotes, performing materials takeoffs, and drafting submittals. Patrick values time communicating and establishing rapports with colleagues, clients, and suppliers of all stripes. While not working he enjoys exploring the outdoors with family (the road less travelled the better), getting lost in the research and construction of side projects, gaming, and reading about history, current events, and philosophy. No stranger to adversity, Patrick is a natural optimist and excels at making the most out of any situation, doing more with less, and staying humble while learning from, building on, and sharing those experiences.

Becca Deaver
Accounts Payable Administrator

Becca manages all AP and processes vendor invoices, tracks vendor insurance compliance, processes PO’s, receipts, reimbursements, etc. Prior to Multicon Services, LLC., Becca was an accounts payable administrator for 15 years in Greenville, TX for a small manufacturing company. She is very involved with her family, and an avid member of her church. Becca believes that the road to success comes through hard work , determination, and sacrifice. Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.
